Allowing yourself to rest is the theme of this yoga week: nothing has to be done, let go, recharge and be kind to yourself.
Find stillness and enjoy wonderfully gentle yoga, breathwork, walks in nature and delicious healthy food.


The focus is on connecting with yourself, each other and nature. By the daily yoga, breathing, meditation and mindfulness moments you will go to deeper layers in your body and make space in your energetic system, to find harmony.

If you would like to release your excess baggage and boost your immune system, on Wednesday morning there is a kambo ceremony (optional) with a heart-opening cocoa ceremony in the early evening to softly land back into yourself.

​

Come relax in an oasis of peace and greenery. In your free hours you can rewind in the garden, or inside by the fireplace, enjoy a relaxing massage, walk or cycle in the nearby nature reserve.
Our cook Inge lovingly prepares healthy, organic and plant-based meals.

​

Experience with yoga is not necessary for this retreat. Feel welcome in a small and intimate group (max 10p) where you can be completely yourself.

The accommodation: Leijland.

The holiday home is located in a beautiful, quiet area in Vorstenbosch (North Brabant), about 200 km from Bruges.

​

Upstairs there are 5 x double rooms with comfortable box-spring beds. Downstairs are the sanitary facilities and showers, a cozy living room with fireplace and a beautiful large open kitchen.
Outside there is a large terrace with garden where you can sit under the old walnut tree, or eat together at the picnic tables under the beautiful oak roof.

The yoga takes place in the Zen room next to the holiday home.

The immediate area is wonderful for walks and bike rides where you can enjoy nature and the silence.

About Eline

​

Eline is a passionate entrepreneur who likes to delve into human well-being and studies and applies alternative ways to heal the body.
After working in the wellness sector for 10 years, she followed various courses at home and abroad, and became a yoga teacher, energetic healer and holistic counselor.

 

​Eline likes simplicity, enjoying the little things in life, dancing, nature, travelling, laughing, reading, healthy cooking, deep conversations and making loving connections with friends.

​

​Living in the now and from the heart, that makes her happy.

It is her mission to teach people to feel and let go of their body better. She likes to guide you to learn to see yourself and discover your inner strength.
 

​Eline works in a holistic way. These are healing techniques that look at and address all aspects of the person (body, mind, soul), encourage the investigation of the causes of symptoms rather than suppressing them, and recognize the interconnectedness with the universe.

About Inge, our chef

​

Inge is a nature lover, herbalist, holistic health coach, hobby cook and so much more.
Since her health failed a few years ago, she has reflected on her nutritional habits, among other things.
She decided to study this further and to follow a Holistic health coach course. Since then, healthy, balanced and complete nutrition has been central to her life. She never felt so fit and full of life energy.

During this retreat she will spoil you with lots of delicious organic plant-based and sugar-free dishes.
